Orders

Payments

We accept prepaid payments through secure payment gateways and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.

For COD orders, additional verification may be required before dispatch.

Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 5–7 working days depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or courier delays.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Exchange requests after 7 days may not be accepted.
